O Primal Fear é uma banda de Speed/Power Metal formada em 1997 na Alemanha(Esslingen, Baden-Württemberg). Apesar de em alguns momentos soar como Judas Priest, há muitas peculiaridades no som, que os torna uma banda singular.

Jaws of Death (1999)

Em junho de 1999 foi lançado o segundo disco deles, intitulado “Jaws Of Death”. Seguindo a mesma fórmula do primeiro álbum e tirando um belo cover de " Kill the King " do Rainbow, só que desta vez com dois guitarristas.

Após a turnê do terceiro disco “Nuclear Fire” a banda dah uma parada e depois vai para os estúdios e grava em 2002 o seu quarto Full-length entitulado " Black Sun". Este é o melhor disco deles na minha opinião, confiram!
